Pre-Event Preparation:
• Plan Social Events Calendar for 2010 (new ideas welcome!)
Day of Event:
• Registration - check-in participants, reconcile attendance
• Meet & Greet - welcome members
• Event Set-up & Execution
• Liaison with caterer
The Social Events Committee is responsible for planning and coordinating all social/networking events including the Hi! Tee, annual Tee Off Event, Winter Networking Event, Spring New Member Networking Social, Holiday & Volunteer Recognition Party, and more.
