Outing Preparation:
    • Solicit or buy drawing prizes
    • Order trophies and signs
    • Develop the theme for the day
    • Course & Club decorations
    • Work with Club and/or Course

Day of Outing:
    • Registration
    • Morning Set-up
    • Sell Drawing Tickets & Mulligans
    • Marshal a hole (i.e. Hole In One)
    • Organize Putting Contest

The Golf Events Committee divides the responsibilities for each outing. The Committee meets in person at least 4 times (once per outing) and has extensive follow up via email.
